Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer shipping within the US only. Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and location and will be displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lather & Leaf will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Taxes

Lather & Leaf is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including taxes and other state-imposed costs).

Damages

Lather & Leaf is not liable for any delays, products damaged during shipping, lost packages or theft. Once the package leaves our hands it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver the items safely and in a timely manner. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
