Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns. Please be sure to read the ingredients and product details carefully before placing an order. If you change your mind and cancel the order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund.

All of our soaps are handmade in small batches using traditional methods. We personally test our products to ensure quality and that all are satisfactory before offering them for purchase. Every item is carefully inspected during packaging to ensure there is no damage or defects prior to shipping.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to us at info@latherandleaf.com within 7 days of receiving your order and specify your order number along with a description of the problem. If it is determined that we are responsible for a mistake, we will contact you to discuss details. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and correct the issue.
